Lap of Patterson River and canals with 5 x 20 double strokers at 90%. 14.0km/h was my max speed. Was an awesome day - sun, no wind, until I stepped out of the boat. The rain came down very heavily and I mean torrential and by the time I'd taken the two minutes to walk my boat home I was soaked. Good timing, the sun's back out now.

Watched more of the 99' Tour. Spent the middle section on Level 2, the start and end on Level L, and rest on Level 1. Legs a bit spent afterwards.

Easy, slow run to Seaford and back. Achilles was feeling good on the way out so came back about two minutes quicker.
