Ride 2:26:00 [3] 33.0 km (4:25 / km)
shoes: Merida 96 WEAPON

Morning Anglesea loop with Rob and Kathryn, and Dave on the nav. Another good loop with some fast descending and a couple of very sketchy moments.

Run 1:40:30 [3] 15.7 km (6:24 / km)
shoes: Nike Zoom Elite

Dave, Rob and Kathryn were doing some paddling / surfing at Pt Roadknight so decided to run there from Faithaven. Looked at a dodgey map and decided it'd be ~ 1 hr. Went the back way to Hutt Creek then ran the last few kms along the beach. Nice hilly run, sun was a little warm though and was thirsty once finished a little later than expected.

Run 1:08:00 [3] 10.2 km (6:40 / km)
shoes: Nike Zoom Elite

Cruisy morning run in Toohey Forest, Brisbane with Dave. Got drenched by rain early on and it was like running on small creeks, sometimes ankle deep. Very muggy though. Linked up heaps of singletrack with plenty of up and down. Got a little disorientated and ended up having to run 2.5kms back to the car. Not a bad run considering we'd planned to be out for 30 - 40 minutes. Legs felt good, and no issues from the Achilles. First run back since Portugal.

Gym (Snake Bite) 20:00 [5]

Evening Snake Bite at Dockers and Jules place, with them and Dave. Apparently the girl's Version of the Snake Bite is now called the Mozzie Bite .... whatever. Cracked out 10 x push-ups and 10 x sit-ups every minute for 20 minutes = 200 of each in a very short space of time! I'm a little shaky now so I doubt I'll be able to move in the morning!

Inline skating 48:00 [3] 9.0 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Rollerblade Lightning II

Morning skate with Dave around his old stomping ground in Sunnybank (Brisbane). Skated the bike tracks, most of which were in a questionable condition making for a technically challenging skate. I did however manage to jump a 3 inch gap in the concrete.... Geez, it gets hot early up here.
