5 PM

Gym 40:00 [3]

Arvo gym with Dave doing several random exercises apparently commonly done by the top European paddlers. Mainly all body / core.
6 PM

Run 33:15 [3] 6.1 km (5:27 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 12

Cruisey run after gym with Dave to Brisbane Canoeing and back. Got home and did an extra 15min run walk with Maya afterwards. We can keep up with her at full pace still but I'm expecting that to change very very soon!

Trek 1:53:00 [1] 8.2 km (13:47 / km)

Walk from one of the car parks at the base of Mt Coot-tha with Dave, his trailwalker mates and a couple of others. Walked on some nice, but very wet tracks. More of a saunter than a walk.
3 PM

Run 44:35 [3] 8.3 km (5:22 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 12

Steady run from home around my Oxley Creek loop.

Run 29:30 [5] 3.84 km (7:41 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 12

Evening hills reps up Hilda St with Dave. I've either got much faster in two weeks or Dave was acting as a carrot for me! My fastest rep last time was 1.59. I still hurt badly tonight, and progressively slowed down but it's still an improvement. Jog recovery back down.

Ride 1:52:05 [3] 33.0 km (3:24 / km)
shoes: Giant XTC Team

Ride from home through Gap Creek. Avoided all bar one section of single track after last nights rain. Got terribly muddy in the one section I rode so not sure why I avoided the rest. Home over Mt Coot-tha.

Run 1:27:30 [3] 15.8 km (5:32 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 12

Ran the river loop from home towards the Centenary Bridge which I've ridden a few times. Had to detour up then down an extra hill as the park at the 17 mile rocks was closed. Quite hilly for the last 5 kms. Ran consistently and still felt comfortable once finished. Went through two drink bottles.
