MTB-O at Emerald / Maccelsfield. Planned a route to collect all bar one CP. Realized early on that I was moving very slowly across the map, but unfortunately Dave and I had planned a route in the opposite direction to most others and had few bail out options. Dave was more ambitious and tried to complete most of it whereas I cut my losses and cut out the second loop. I made it back in time, whereas (Dave 10mins, Josh 21mins, Geary 5mins) most others didn't. When will we learn! Otherwise was riding quite well on the hilly course.

Note: with 240 points I beat Dave and Josh :-)

Rode to VicRoads for my interstate licence transfer appointment (had to ride as Dave took the car to the airport after his 'driver' slept in). Got very wet in the rain on the ride home.

Forgot to change my settings for the Deck of Cards app so did two lots of the 'easy' level. Did:

108 push ups
108 sit ups
108 dips
108 jumping jacks.

Bit spent now.

Post dinner run back from my parents house with Maya. Still about 30 degrees meaning a very busy beach section. Had a saw hip / glute last week from running lop-sided with Maya. Hooked her up to my running waist belt today which was a huge improvement.
