Was heading down to Mt Eliza on the bike track but bumped in to Rob D going the other way. Turned around and rode with him back to his house then caught a nice little bunch home into the headwind.

Usual with Ashley and Maya. Legs felt heavy after the ride.

Mud Run loop with Robert. His longest run ever I think and we didn't have to take any walk breaks. I'm impressed!

Loop with Maya and Ashley. Hard work coming back into the strong wind but felt good.

The usual wetlands loop with Jake, Ashley and Maya. I was on target for a smoking time but bumped into Katie and walked with her for 2-3 minutes to arrange our weekly activities. Disappointing!
