Zwift - Richmond. One lap of the UCI WC course before long up for my first virtual race. In hindsight I rode this warm up way too hard.
Ride 54:30 [3] 34.0 km (1:36 / km)

Zwift - Richmond WBR 3 lap Hilly Race. It said this was a 2 lap 32 lap race so I pulled out after two laps as that's all I had time for. Started with 12 starters which was quickly whittled down to 5 and then 4 at the front. There was one A grade rider who was clearly stronger than the rest but I felt next strongest, particularly on the climbs. Having said that I was absolutely spent by the time I withdrew as my HR indicated with an average of 168 bpm for the event. Good fun and good training though!
