Saturday Apr 12

Parkour 2:30:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance 1223
Parkour full day today.
Did some fast paced stuff for a film peice at Toast, which really made me realise how unused to the explosive work I am despite conditioning. Then training after the demo for youth week.
Felt good to be doing some more again. I tried not to push my shoulder at all.

Thursday Apr 10

Orienteering (Intervals) 21:00 [4]
shoes: New Balance 1223
Intervals session with the Cockatoos, through O'Connor. Tried to keep up as much as possible, but had to cut a few corners along the way. My shoulder started to hurt so I cut off about half a loop, and rejoined for the next interval.
It was nice to get out and do some intervals again, I haven't done them in a while.

This is icluding both morning and evening sessions. Same routine.

Same old stuff. Didn't do a long session, my shoulder's pretty sore at the moment and tires easily.

Monday Apr 7

Running 40:00 [3]

Run with Dad over on the Pinnicles. It was nice weather, thought it would have been colder, but I was comfy in my tights and a t-shirt. Was going well till about 25/30 minutes when my shoulder started to hurt, so I walked a little, then started again once the pain had gone. Didn't hurt till the end after that. So it's an improvement!

Abs are really really sore from conditioning yesterday! But it's worth it, my core strength has benefited so much from those sessions.

Sunday Apr 6

Strengthening 40:00 [2]
Conditioning and other stuff at the Parkour class. Did jumping (two up, one down) at the stairs, hopping (same thing), quadrapedal (up and down on all fours), and wheelbarrow up the stairs. It was pretty hard work, but satisfying.

My shoulder was hurting a bit from the quadrapedal, so I didn't do as much as I normally do.
