Saturday May 3

Orienteering 43:07 [3] 5.9 km (7:18 / km)
(injured)
First of the Saturday events. This week was over at Weston park, a quite fun area to run through. The course was interesting (thanks to Jo!) and it was a beautiful day.
I was going quite well, but then had to stop a couple of times and walk thanks to my shoulder, which I hadn't strapped that day. So not as happy with the time as I could have been, but that's okay.

Thursday May 1

Orienteering (Cockies Intervals) 40:00 [3]
I set the session this week, so I was a little worried how the others would find it. But everybody seemed to enjoy it.
I tried to keep up as much as possible, but they're just too fast, and cramps managed to stop me in the second section, but I still tried fairly hard despite that.
Shoulder was okay, it was strapped.

Wednesday Apr 30

Running (Beep test) 10:00 [5]
Did the beep test for a class at uni, managed to get 10.2, when it just got too fast for me. I find the acceleration required the most difficult bit, if it was continuous I'd be fine. My shoulder was strapped that morning, so no problem with it.
