| Woah, slack with updates this week. I had lots of school work to do, and just kind of forgot to write it up!
General stuff again. Not going to bother with specific exercises for this week, it's all the same kind of thing. |

| Feeling rather flat at the moment. Not quite sure why. I think it might be all the work I've got due soon, it just gets me exhausted, and then I don't want to go running. My shoulder is an issue too. I'm sick of it hurting me all the time.

| Run with Dad after uni today. Went up towards Mt Rodgers, then along a street, then down the 'top' of Spence, then a little bit past the turn off, turn around, back up to the turn off and home again.
Felt really good to be out doing something! It really makes me feel better.
A little bit of shoulder pain at one point, but I tucked it right back in and it went away fairly soon. So that was good! |

| Orienteering training set by GrantM. Short loops at the start, then some longer legs after that. Tried to go fairly hard, but my shoulder did hurt at one point. Tried to run through it a little.
Grant shaddowed me at the end of the course for about 4-5 controls which was good. I need to make sure that I'm know what's coming up ahead, where the control is in relation to the feature and just having better flow overall.
Was good fun, and Josh came along to do some more practice, which he enjoyed too. |

| Parkour class again, and with super conditioining this time at the end.
Quadrapedal - I didn't do too much to avoid shoulder pain, it was being a bit uncomfortable. Then we split into pairs with one person sprinting 20 meters, doing 10 squat jumps, then sprinting back and tagging, until we both had done 50 squat jumps. Repeat with sit ups. |
