Short should exercises. Pretty easy going today.

Friday May 30

Running 30:00 [4]
Went for a run in the evening with Josh on a bike next to me. This worked really well because he got out for some exercise, and because it was a short run I was going hard enough for him to be cycling at a decent pace next to me. Kept me going harder too, so that he wouldn't be going too slow.

Went from his place at the bottom of Scullin, down along beside Scullin and Page, to the bottom of Scullin, accross into Florey, and then winding back home through Florey and Scullin. Did some fairly short but hard hill sprints on the way back, which hurt, but were good fun!

Stretching while I was warm, I really think it's going to help to keep up some stretching after my runs.

A short but hard session. Really working the therabands.

Orienteering intervals 50:00 [4]
Not exactly sure of the time. I think that time includes either warm up/down/anything really.

Was a really fun session! Jo organised a star relay style thing, and I had Rob Walter as my partner so I had to work really hard so he wouldn't be waiting too long! A great exercise, good start to the day.

Wednesday May 28

Was going to meet up with the BL squad, but got the location wrong. So I was going fairly hard hoping to meet up with them, but turns out they were ages away.

Got into a good rhythm after a while, and really enjoyed it.

Did a bit of the block run, it's so much fun now that I can do a step on each block! The ones that move are a little scary sometimes though....

Warm up and down for my run. It was so nice and warm today, and a really pretty sunset.

My shoulder's getting tired really really easily at the moment. I'm hoping it's just a phase...

Shorter strengthening session today. It was feeling a little grumpy...

What a crap training week. Felt pretty bad all week, not the best at all. My shoulder got fairly sore at the end of the week, and school work was just so overwhelming I just didn't do anything...... Pretty lazy of me really. This week will be better.

Sunday May 25

Parkour 2:00:00 [3]
Man this was a tough sesion for a class! I pushed the conditioning pretty hard. I love conditioning at class for some reason, it's just great fun!

We only had 3 instructors for a class of 25 this week, so I had to run the warm up all by myself for this class. Which wasn't too bad until I got to landings, then I had to call Josh over for emergancy helps!


No shoulder stuff for today, I get enough done at class.
