| Rest day today. Really felt stuffed after work and study, decided to be sensible and really have a break. Back into it again tomorrow. | ||

| Went for a swim at the AIS again. Decided to do a shorter set this week and finish after a km.
Did the following: 250 m - variety of strokes 250 m - variety 100 m - variety 100 m - variety 100 m - running 100 m - variety 100 m - running Total - 1km Was nice and relaxing :) | ||

| Intervals with the Cockies group. Was doing fairly well until my shoulder played up. I really think I'm getting faster, it's just hard to tell when everybody else is so fast!!
I love interval sessions though, it's so much fun going fast, then getting to have a rest. I just need to work on going faster for longer. | ||

| Run with the BL group around Ainsley. Was good to push the pace, Olle certainly sets it fast at times! I like these runs, keeps me going stronger where I'd probably sit back for a bit. Need to keep pushing up those hills though....... hard when I don't know where the top is ;)

| Only really did a warm down. Silly me. But I thought that we would be doing a warm up as a group, but we really just launched into the run. Guess I need to organise my warm ups a bit better! | ||

| Shoulder work while watching some tele. Made it just a tad more interesting to do, still would prefer to not have to do it. | ||

| Pretty slow today. I wanted to go faster, but just felt really tired, so I decided to listen to my body and make it a bit easier.
Went up onto Mt Rodgers and did most of an old orange 2 course from last year, then did half a green course with map memory. Doing the courses deffinitely pushed me a bit harder I think. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow. :) | ||

| Another part of my body feeling stiff and tired today, and that's my shoulder. Did a very short session, and it was hard after about the third pull on the theraband.
Hopefully I can do better tomorrow and not feel so heavy in my muscles.... | ||

I got an HD in my Physiology of Exercise course at uni! I'm really pleased with this. It's a big improvement from my results last semester that's for sure! :) | ||

| Wasn't concentrating very well on my study, so I went and did a strengthening session instead, as my I've decided Monday and Friday are strength days in my program.
Squats, 20x2 Calf raises, 22x2 (each leg) Hamstring curls, 15x2 (each leg) Plank, 45sec x2 Lunges (3kg in each hand), 15x2 (each leg) Side crunces, 15x2 Wobble board, 60sec x2 Crunches, 30x2 | ||

| Run with Dad from UC through West Bruce, around a bit further to Aranda playing fields, through past the front of Calvary, through CIT, around the through some development bit and then back to UC.
Was a bit tired going up the hills, but tried to push the speed a bit harder. I deffinitely need to get faster. Dad pushed me along that's for sure. It's harder to stop when you're running with somebody! | ||

| Went for a longer run with Josh (on his bike) today after watching Jukola. Ran to uni to get my essay feedback to find it all closed, but all the lights on inside. Stupid uni.
So then I ran back home with Josh still on his bike, and got lunch stuff at the shops on the way back. Fairly slow, but nice to get out. Wasn't feeling the best. | ||
