| Yeah, so I feel like crap. Got a cold. Keep sneezing, and coughing and I've got a runny nose that is bugging me so much So I decided to have a couple of days off and just recover rather than push myself, make it worse and never get over it.

| Cockies training at Commonwelth Park. Shorter intervals which was good because it meant I wasn't holding up everybody as much.
Getting sick though, kept having to blow my nose every 5 seconds, or so it felt. | ||

| Was planning to do a hard run, but started going and felt really tight in my chest. So I did intervals instead, they're much nicer when you're feeling a bit sick. Felt good once I got into them.
Intervals up at the top end of my suburb. Went between the poles using the gaps between them as my interval length. This was what I did: 3x Walk 1, Jog 1, Run 1, Sprint 1 2x Walk 1, Jog 1, Run 1, Sprint 2 Then did the same in reverse using the same poles. Found with the last ones I was cutting the walk and jog shorter to really push myself as I knew I would be finishing soon. Gosh it was cold though! I was wearing a thermal, shirt, running long sleeve top, gloves, headband, and tights. Really different to the last few days that's for sure. | ||

Was going to have a rest day, but still do some shoulder work. Then I start to do some and my arm is exhausted from what it went through at class. That'll teach me to do tough stairs quadrapedal! So complete rest day for me today..... | ||

| Well after thinking I wouldn't do any today, I tried some of my other exercises and found they didn't hurt as much! So I did some anyway. Got very tired very quickly though....

| Did some interval sessions in the middle of my run:
3x up the Pinnacle, (30 sec up, 1 min down) 2x 60 sec hard, 60 sec rest then lots of 30 sec hard 30 sec rest to make it up to fifteen minutes. Did some of them through the bush, which was really fun, but hard to keep up the pace in the thicker bits. Plus I wasn't wearing my ankle braces so I was a little nervy about it. | ||

| This kind of includes the warm up and warm down, but I didn't really do much of either one.
Went from Josh's up to the Pinnacle to do a run. Was tossing up whether to do a long run, or intervals. But when I got up there I was coughing and feeling pretty gross, so I decided to do an interval session instead of a long run. Beautiful morning, really still and warm. Got parkour class this afternoon, so that should deffinitely make me tired! | ||

The class goes for 2 hours, but I only really did stuff for I guess about an hour. The classes are so fun! Plus a friend from Melbourne came up unexpectedly! It was great to see him again. Feeling strong so it was good :) | ||
