1 second PB!
Actually was trying really hard at the start, but lost oomph at km 4. Then had to walk briefly at 4.5 to stop myself hurling.
Overall a bit disappointed with the time, but still happy with my progress.

Throwing practice. Getting stronger with my flicks, at the moment I'm focusing on control and power.

Part of my 6 week program. Trying to get the most out of the short but intense exercises.
At the moment the skater hops are the hardest! Should be good for me then.

Tracked this using a fitbit which says I did 4.24km, which is interesting. Not sure how accurate that is considering the line it drew for me...

Cold game for the start of the winter league. Lucky we were running a lot which means we keep semi warm.
Starting to get more confidence in my handling, just need to practise upwind flicks more.

First games of the indoor frisbee league.
We won both games (quite convincingly) but it was against possibly the two least experienced teams in the comp.
Good fun, looking forward to the rest of the season!
