Parkrun. My legs were feeling pretty tired from yesterday so they weren't able to push as much as I wanted. Still managed to keep going and the time wasn't terrible, just slower than I want to be doing.

Frisbee workout plan and throwing practise with Lauren. It was good to move my sore legs again after the morning with some more focused speed work.

Frisbee training session. Did shuttle runs in this one, that hurt! Need to get my speed up though, so this should help in the long run.

Specific frisbee throwing focus. Trying to get tighter grip and more accuracy. Focused on stopping the tilt I get when throwing from a longer distance.

Frisbee 45:00 [3]

Running / fast walking on the treadmill.
Watching the Tour de France while running is really fun because you feel faster when the camera is tracking along with the cyclists.

Practise flick throws. Getting more accurate. I was glad there was wind to practise in, it makes it more useful for me.

Strengthening, arms session. Felt good!

Frisbee games at indoor league. We took the games with convincing wins and I'm happy with my efforts. Tried cutting with more purpose and it seemed to pay off! I'm happy with my improved throwing too.

Training program for frisbee back home after the games. Quick feet and skater hops.

Frisbee training session in the rain. Very calming, but slightly cold. Feeling stronger even though I"m a bit sick still today.

Strengthening 53:00 [3]

Run to and from the gym, then legs session.
Moved my weights up across the board now, so I'm thinking 2 more sessions at this level and look to bump up again. Yay!

I'm not 100% so this was a struggle. Took some points off. Still glad I played.
