First Ultimate game of the fall season, we lost but it was a competitive game (15-11). One boy on the field, the rest of the team is girls, no boys next week :)
Blasted the upper body: free weights- chest press, inclined flies, shoulder press and lateral/frontal raises and biceps. Quick ab and back workout on the ball.
Rode with Zoolander to Waterdown, actually he took off 1/2 way there b/c he was going to be late so I rode to Waterdown by myself. Meeting JM and CD for a ride (came in 3 min after Zoolander :). Rode with the boys for 1/2 hr and then turned back to ride home. Lots of fun but my butt was sore from yesterday.
