Running (Treadmill) 35:00 [2]

On the treadmill at the Holiday Inn Express in Red Deer. Left my watch on the treadmill and it magically disappeared from the hotel - what time is it?

Running 1:00:00 [3]

Started out by running south on the Bow River pathway (towards DT), crossed the river on the foot bridge below Crowfoot, ran along the south side of the Bow River until the path was closed off b/c of safety reasons so I decided to take the next path which was marked as the Douglas Fir Trail (wicked trail), ran along this path (up/down) until it re-connected to the Bow River pathway and then ran back home. Good loop but hard.

cycling 1:30:00 [2]

First ride of the year with Zoolander along the Bow River pathway. Pretty busy pathway system but it was great to see everyone out enjoying the wicked day. We saw da bears and elk at the zoo since the bike path runs along the back of the zoo and it cost us $0 - poor man's ticket to the zoo.

Hot Yoga (Standard) 1:05:00 [3]

Good class. Lower back felt twitchy at the beginning of the class but it was all good by the end.

Running 30:00 [3]
shoes: Salomon XA Pros

Easy run with Zoolander before dinner through Griffith Woods. Great temperature, trails still muddy, good hill climb to finish. Felt strong, but worked hard to keep up with the stallion that is zoolander. I'm a lucky wife.

Running 22:00 [3]

First run in a while. The weather is improving so I'll be getting out more and work my runs back up to an hour. Looking forward to running along the Bow when we move to our new place. Should be sweet. Felt pretty good during the run and no aches/pains afterwards. Was excited to wear my new running vest. I look pro.

Skiing (Downhill) 1:30:00 [2]

Skiing at Sunshine Village with Zoolander and Phatty - 5cm of fresh snow -pretty awesome -the best conditions of my limited skiing career. I started the day off on the easiest green circle run called Green Run (real orignal) but it was pretty slow and boring so we left that chair lift and went to Wawa. After a few more green circles I tried my first blue square (Tin Can Alley) and it was fun so I stayed on blue squares the rest of the day. Favourite runs: Tin Can Alley and Strawberry something.
