Training Log Archive: Alice

3 girls showed tonight so we had to play iron man. Lots of running, walking etc. We lost the game (15-8) but it was fun anyway. Crazy hot though!

Run with Zoolander as my pace (and safety) bike. Went out for a run around 9:15pm, a lot cooler this way but a little scary so I'm glad he agreed to cool down with me. Legs felt a little sluggish post leg workout yesterday but started to feel better as I got home.

Ultimate game with Warner and Millar. 1:45 game but not running the whole time. Good game but we lost :(
