Running intervals 25:00 [4]
TNT interval training. 4 loops at ~4:30min. Ran from the edge of the Chedoke parking lot to the first paved golf cart path, across the top and back down to the RT, repeat 1X and back to the parking lot. Running in the dark was a bit challenging at first but got to know the trail by the 2nd interval so it got easier. Right knee starting to bug me by the end of the 4th interval.
