Legs: brief warmup on the bike before starting, leg press 3x12 reps (25lbs on each side), floor/physioball leg curl 3x12 reps, wall squats physioball behind my back while holding 6kg medicine ball, bicep curls, abs. Need to ease back into weights...need to walk tomorrow.
Walk with Finn after dinner: 40 min.
