Treadmill workout.
5 minutes warmup slowly increasing the speed to 3.7 mph and the incline to 5%. Then something like
5 min 3.7 mph 6%
5 min 3.7 mph 7%
5 min 3.7 mph 8%
5 min 3.7 mph 9%
5 min 3.6 mph 10%
5 min 3.5 mph 11%
5 min 3.5 mph 12%
5 min 3.6 mph 10%
5 min 3.7 mph 8%
5 min 3.7 mph 5%
5 min cool down

Know the middle few are right but don't exactly remember the build up and build down sequences.

Little bit of stretching at the end.
