Session with Kelly. Did some more V sit-ups, but only raising one leg at a time. They went much better even though I was holding a weight in my hands.

Scouting the southern half of the Sandy Run map. The first half of the outing was great, so from the parking heading east toward the Lehigh River in the 300-400 meters closest to Sandy Run. It was a mix of nice woods, impenetrable but clearly delineated rhododendron stands, hemlock groves and some open areas, with some giant rocks here and there and some contour detail. Unfortunately the second half of my intended route was littered with logged areas and overgrown fields that I didn't even want to venture in. So it looks like a nice corridor of up to maybe 500 meters on the southern side of Sandy Run that might allow for a criss-crossy out and back course but that's it.

And then, since I was half way there already, drove out to Sandy and Karl's new place near Williamsport for dinner.
