This was a mix of a treadmill workout until the fuse in the garage blew, then after I fixed the problem the workout restarted and there was no way to fast forward to the spot where it stopped. So I let the workout run for about 20 minutes while I did a mix of PT and strength stuff and then hopped back on the treadmill for the last 10 minutes of the workout. Not pretty but I got done what I planned just not in the order I planned.
