Note

My hamstrings are ridiculously tight. I assume it has something to do with the trip. Perhaps I let myself get dehydrated on top of all the other altitude stuff? I'm sure sleeping on the airport floor didn't help. I have to be careful or they will randomly cramp up on me. So didn't try to jog any of the sprints just walked.
