DVOA TNT - intervals; 3 sets of half mile hard, half mile recovery, plus warm up and cool down. Six of us tonight; the guys did a similar workout but more sets and they ran both directions of the half mile hard and then a short recovery. Fun having everyone on the same section of the trail going back and forth. Wasn't raining while we ran although it poured earlier and is pouring now. :)
