orienteering race 1:20:57 [3]

Green course at FCN. Lost at least 5 minutes on the first control then settled down. Bad route to #6 - cost a minute, maybe two. Drifted way right on #10; when I hit a second trail I figured out what I must have done and then was able to run hard and spike the control from there so probably only lost a minute.

Running errands on the other side of the Wissahickon so a couple of good hill climbs, a little single track and some roads.

TNT Media; ran the normal loop with Anne and Dasha, minus the last hill. Tough going again, but not quite as bad as Tueasday.

Followed up with a fun memory exercise that Eddie brought. With tired legs and no O shoes though, took the hill pretty easy both up and down so wasn't really stressing the brain too much.

TNT Andorra - 5 miles on the drive at about 10 min pace. Had to walk a short section and had to walk the whole hill home. Can't believe I lost so much in such a short time. Good food and company afterwards.
