| Down at Normandy Beach again; running in the sand. 15 minutes out and 15 minutes back. Did about a third in the soft sand and the rest right near the water where the running is easier. |

| TNT - trails at Tyler with Dasha and Bob. Felt okay but tanked after 45 minutes and walked it in. |

Hips have been sore for a few days so trying to remember to do extra stretches every day. It's worked in the past; hopefully it will work again. |

| More running on the beach - this time barefoot. Took about a 3 minute break in the middle when we turned around and waded out into the freezing water. Dunked myself all the way in at the end. |
