Ran the short trail loop. Felt like I had lead weights around my legs for the first half.

Guess it was a tnt since it is Tuesday. Clem showed up. Unfortunately, I really thought no one was coming so I went early on my own only to find him sitting in his car when I came back wondering what was going on. Sorry again Clem.

Streamering the last few controls for the rogaine.

Spent most of the time swatting at biting insects of one variety or another; way worse than any other day I've been there, perhaps because I was near some swampy ground for much of the time, or perhaps because I forgot to use any bug spray before I went out.
