orienteering 49:22 [3]

A fun event at Warwick. Still don't like the rocky slopes but the flat sections aren't too bad. Not a particularly inspired outing - I think my choices were fine except the very first window (should have just done the three lower controls) but I was very sloppy on the very last control drifting way far to the right.

An awesome class. I felt really strong and was able to hold several balances that usually give me lots of trouble. What a great feeling.

Pretty slow but the first running I've done in a while. The drive was really nice - very soft but not too muddy.

Hiking down to the drive and back up when I was finished.

Felt good to stretch out all the sore muscles from yesterday's core workout.

I think I may be ready to try a Thursday class again.
