A long day in the woods streamering control locations and checking some routes. All the creeks were really full today; luckily the "bridge" I constructed two weeks ago was still usable but I couldn't cross anywhere else without getting wet. The woods are great right now - wide open and no bugs. Should be just like this next November.

Spent many hours the last week or so designing courses on paper. It is taking a very long time and the courses are far from done. Too bad it doesn't count for some sort of training but I can't think of anything it really helps with.

TNT - power yoga dvd with Sandy. We wimped out and didn't go hike in the rain. I wimped out even more and drove over to their house instead of walking over. Karl's mushroom soup made it all worthwhile.
