Wow - Emily Kemp is continuing to rock it in Portugal.
Threw in a 15 minute session of hills - just tried to jog up and down a gentle hillside that was pretty open between two trails. Did 10 repeats. Figured anything in the terrain was better than nothing since I didn't get enough work done yesterday to take off for HR today.
Usual loop. Had to walk two extra sections that I can normally jog but I'm chalking it up to a really bad week - way too little sleep, way too much eating and not enough hydrating. I was expecting a time closer to 38 minutes though given the way I felt so I'll take it.
