TNT - a hike through Tyler Arboretum with Dasha with a few (very few) jogging sections thrown in. Tom caught up to us on the last section.

some arm and core work - 2 x (15 crunches on ball, 5 pushups arms together knees on ball, 15 v-sit twists, 15 regular pushups shins on ball, 15 situps passing ball between feet and hands).

Followed by some stretching.

Need to get to yoga class...
