Several hours of yard work followed by the first 30 minutes of a yoga dvd. I am so out of shape for everything - legs were wobbly on simple warrior poses.

TNT - ankle still a little stiff so decided not to run. Sandy and I did the core dvd instead. All of it. With no skipping anything. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.
