Snow shoveling. I'm counting this in place of the RTP workout I had planned for today. I did at least 100 squats as I had to lift with my legs.
I decided I would shovel now while I could still lift the rain-soaked snow. The risk is that with more rain and sleet predicted, my walkways will likely turn into a sheet of ice. But it would have just been too heavy later I think.
My neighbor was out with his snowblower and kindly offered to do the sidewalk for me, so I only had to do the walkways from the house.

Round two with the shoveling. Arms and back sore. Car isn't completely cleared out but I think I could get out in an emergency.
If only it would stay warm and not freeze over...
