Was appalled at how quickly a group of walkers was able to pass me on the drive.

Bought a cold weather skirt - made of the same material as my jacket - to wear over my tights. Works perfectly for keeping the tops of my legs warm while not making my legs feel constricted the way another layer of pants does.

Goals:
130 or less by Jan. 1
125 or less by Feb. 1
120 or less by March 1
115 or less by April 1 although this one might be a little overboard. I'd settle for 117 which is 15 lbs.

Been exactly here exactly two years ago and did it, so let's see if I can do it again.

Started in the dark - it was foggy, too, so a very eery feeling. Leaves were wet so a bit slippery and I took it easy for the first part. It started to get light as I was making the trek up the hill the second time.

Really pokey today. Partly just because I never pushed it and partly because I did some pruning of the multiflora rose on the trail.

Finally, a day I could sleep in. This was still the first thing I did when I got up, just got up a lot later than usual.

Yoga. Figured a day off of all the other stuff was not unreasonable. Did some sun salutations in a continuous motion kind of way that felt really good but really reminded me that I have not been doing it for far too long.
