Ate a lot yesterday so this must be a delayed effect of the FCN hike. Weather is looking okay for Jan. 1 so may try to do it again.

Figured I needed to start doing a little more a little more regularly. Listened to an audio book for the first time on these morning outings.

Intended to do four loops up the little hill but wasn't sure if I was on #3 or #4 so I did an extra one just in case and it turned out I was really on #5. Better too many than too few!

Core DVD - Sandy and I agreed to each do this for tnt. Let's see how I feel tomorrow. I think the 10 minute workouts I've been doing in the morning got me somewhat ready for this, since I was able to get through the whole thing, but I expect to be rather sore.
