Week 2 was good on the exercise front and okay on the losing weight side. Believe it or not, that weight is 4 lbs below where I started, so another pound lost this week (despite several holiday parties at work).

Made reservations for the Georgia Navigator Cup. Haven't been in a number of years and for some reason just felt like going this year. Decided to come home Sunday though and not stay for the Extreme-O.

Nice hike in the Wissahickon. Crazy warm. I like this route; I've done it before as part of a longer route but I like this one a lot for a medium long hike. Really tired by the end - definitely need to work on endurance.
Decided to do the Red course at Batsto figuring it was the same distance as the Short Stumble and I survived that. Made a couple of errors. On the way to #5 passed over a ditch that I was going to use as an attackpoint and never saw it and had trouble relocating. That was at least 5 minutes. The other errors were all smaller just not really able to stay on a good bearing since the blueberries were tough to push through. Pleased with my route choices though - a mix of trails and just gritting my teeth and plowing into the bushes and going straight. Really nice course and an absolutely beautiful day.
