Brown course at the Schuylkill Center after working epunch much of the morning. It was a good course for those woods (very thorny and nasty in many places) but that meant a lot of trail running (um..walking, although I did do some running). My "error" to six is probably because when I got close to the control there was someone standing in front of the flag pondering his map and it was very thick and green and so I couldn't see it and I stood there for a while wondering what could I possibly have done wrong only to see the flag as soon as he moved.
20 minutes of going up and down the stairs followed by 40 minutes running through both the leg and shoulder exercises. Did some stretching but probably should have done more. I think I'll try to figure out a way to do some as part of the routine, something simple like a downdog between each leg exercise or some neck stretches while doing some of the shoulder stuff.
An hour long PT appointment; I figure I must have done 20 minutes of exercises in there since she likes to watch me do them to make sure I'm doing them right.

Hike in the Wissahickon blowing off steam. I am really angry about something at school and I really want to fight back. I'm not sure if it's the right course of action though and am trying to figure out if it will cause more problems in the long run or if it will resolve a long standing problem and eventually allow things to move forward in a better way. So hard to know. So glad it won't be my problem in another 5 weeks.
