Putting out the first set of controls and some road signs for the first Wed. Sprint Series at the Schuylkill Center. The track makes it very clear where the controls were!

Took me two hours to put out 23 controls. AJ visited them all in less than half an hour and he had to do a lot criss-crossing. Stopping and pounding in the stake and then fishing out the right flag and epunch at each control adds up!

Pleased with the turn out - really had no idea what to expect. We had 19 on Sprint1 and 13 on Sprint2 with many people doing both courses.

Note

I suddenly feel as though a huge weight has been lifted. All of my permission issues for the upcoming Wednesday series were all taken care of this morning. Amazing how much of a stressor that part of the process was turning out to be. But, now that I know who to contact and what paperwork everyone needs, it will be easier the next time. If there is a next time!

Training with Kelly. I'm not sure why but it seemed extra hard today. We didn't do anything particularly hard just everything seemed to take inordinate effort.
