Three times around the meadow loop with side trips on the first two down to the drive and back up. I was worried my back would start to hurt so wanted to stay close so I could bail at any time. Started to feel a few twinges about halfway through the third loop so skipped the trip down to the drive and called it a day. Luckily, the twinges never got any worse so I'm calling this a success.

I'm sure only 10 minutes or so of this could be called "training" but I made the time and went to an hour class so I'm claiming the whole hour. It turned out that several of the people there thought it was a different class (they switched times between the this class and a more gentle one that now starts later) so the instructor modified ours. I'm hoping that next week is a little more active.
