A slow meander around the meadow loop. It was a beautiful day and yet I kept putting off going out. Not sure why. Eventually I got out the door by just going without changing into "workout" clothes - just put on my knee brace and trail shoes.

Session with Kelly. Started out pretty stiff still but warmed up quickly and it wasn't too bad after that.

Session with Kelly. My left achilles has been a bit tender the last few weeks and after this weekend it was very tight and my right calf felt like it was really tight up by the knee. I think both were a result of the very soft footing this weekend, which I loved, but my feet and ankles were working harder than normal. Was just very deliberate in all my movements and was fine.
