Yoga class. Just what I needed - I have not been stretching nearly enough and so everything was a bit of a challenge. Thanks to Sandy for suggesting we go!

session with Kelly. Some emphasis on balance today which I think I did pretty well with.

Very slow short hill repeats. Given that I thought about not doing anything, this was a victory.

My knee seized up on the last one. Serves me right for thinking it was actually getting better. I think my hips are quite a bit out of whack since my left quad hurts when I stand up after sitting for a few minutes - luckily I'm seeing my chiro on Friday and hopefully he can straighten it all out.
