Note

Helped out at the Mid-Atlantic Champs. I brought along clothes to run in but it seemed like I was more valuable to the club working epunch and doing the relay than participating. I'm not a big fan of the orienteering at Fair Hill so I didn't mind.

Dealt myself 5 random cards of an exercise/stretch combination and did 1 minute of each. I spent much of the day helping at the Rootstock Racing event down near Wilmington. Such a fun crowd to be around.

Session with Kelly. We ended with some core/ab work today and I was definitely feeling the three days in a row of using those muscles!

One minute each of 4 strength exercises with one minute each of 4 stretches in between. I made some index cards with an exercise and a stretch and I randomly picked 4. I need to stretch every day and this seemed like a painless was to get started.
