Stairs w/ 10 mins in the middle of double ups. Have a ways to go to get back to where I was right before Kili. But my plan is to do these once a week and build up carrying a weighted pack.

My sister is doing better - they've been able to remove the breathing tube and the drain in her brain so these are all positive steps. The road to recovery is going to be really long although the expectation is for a full recovery. Thanks, everyone, for all the well wishes. They were definitely appreciated.
