Streamering some conrols for Greg at Hickory Run. Dennis came with me! It was really nice to have company and while he wasn't all that interested in navigating he did read the map and helped verify a few locations.

A couple of inches of slushy snow with ice underneath made for some very slippery spots and very wet feet by the end. Fabulous temps though - upper 30s to low 40s. Just a really nice day in the woods.

Forgot to turn my watch on until 40 minutes in.

strength & stretching 1:00:00 [3]

Class at LA Fitness with Sandy. Similar to SJU but longer and no breaks. I started with 5 lb weights but quickly switched to 3 when it was clear we were going to use them non-stop for 40 minutes and I knew there would plenty of things where 3 was quite enough, thank you. Good decision.

Note

I was way behind on OUSA stuff and it was starting to really get to me. So I worked about 8-10 hours each on Monday and Tuesday and another 4-5 yesterday but I am finally caught up. No one was pressuring me to get anything done but I just don't like that feeling of having stuff piled up. Unfortunately it meant I didn't get out the door to do anything and I was too grumpy to even do something in the basement. But I'm happy with the decision so no complaints.

Treadmill at the local fitness center; Sandy was on the one next to me and I was working hard enough that talking was a bit of an effort. 15% at 2.7mph with a few bursts of 1 minute at 3.2 near the end.

strength & stretching 10:00 [3]

A little stretching and a couple of the weight machines. I have no idea how long we were doing stuff. We decided to try a class in the morning and figured we better not kill ourselves today.
