Picking up the Gould's Run streamers with Dennis. He's really good company; so much so that occasionally I got distracted enough to mess up a bit but nothing big. I expect this is a lot closer to the pace at the CC than the recent trail outings and I'm sure the CC will have way more climb slowing it down even more, but hopefully this is good enough to get around the mandatory controls in the time limit.

Class at the gym. I was planning to stick around and do some more stuff buy I strained my left hamstring and decided to take it easy.

Walked to and then from the gym and then did 90 minutes of weed pulling. It's 65 out!!!!

strength & stretching 30:00 [3]

Work with trainer. Really good session. We chatted a bit at the beginning and I explained that working my legs and abs was a priority so even though chest and triceps was the main focus she wove in some legs and abs at the same time. Pushed me hard on a few things.
