Sprint at SCEE. Really fun course with lots of route choice. I know I didn't take the best route 5 to 6; should have turned around and taken the left hand route around since it was all a gradual downhill in that direction as opposed to the right hand route which was about the same distance but was more up and down. The other routes were fine I think.

I overdid it a bit on Tuesday doing some yard work and my lower back and butt are really sore but not injured. I jogged some of the sprint and it didn't seem to make anything worse but I've decided to take it easy the rest of the week before the rogaine on Saturday.

Got done before any thunderstorms hit but I actually wouldn't have minded some rain. Pretty drenched through with sweat after the first uphill.

I think any more long hikes before the rogaine will just tire me out not get me any better prepared.

A bunch of yard work today. I inadvertently snipped through my headphone cord so not a good day. But gave me an excuse to buy some new wireless headphones.
