Finishing up the field checking for Nov. 2. Woods were nicer today or perhaps I just decided to stay out of the crappy stuff and moved controls accordingly.
Class at the gym. Substitute instructor today who was really good. She came late but then stayed late so got the full hour in. Stuck with lighter weights for the most part again.

Walked to the trailhead and then ran - jogged - as far as I could and made it to the bottom of the really steep section. Then alternated walking and jogging for the rest. About the same as last week. Felt about how you'd expect for someone just starting to run again but at least I felt better than I did on Sunday.
