Hill repeats. Meant to do 6 but stopped at 4. Gorgeous day.

Really struggling. Sore butt from yesterday's workout and just feeling blah.

Class at the gym. A struggle today even using the lighter weights to protect my shoulder a little longer.

Note

I must have landed on my arm a bit harder than I realized when I fell on Friday as my shoulder is stiff and sore. I was thinking of going to a class at the gym this morning but I think I better give it another day or two.

walk/jog 45:16 intensity: (12:16 @1) + (1:51 @2) + (14:48 @3) + (14:50 @4) + (1:31 @5) 2.5 mi (18:06 / mi) +83m 16:25 / mi

Really didn't want to get out and do anything today. I finally convinced myself that if I went down to the drive and did some jogging for a mile that wouldn't be so bad, so that's what I did. Funny how that seemed like it would be easier than just hiking the meadow loop.

My lower calves are really, really tight. I haven't done the heel drops/raises for about two weeks what with traveling and all. Not sure if they're helping with anything else but they do give a good stretch so I will start doing those again.
