Wasn't sure about going to class this morning or not but decided to give it a go. My knee really hurt on the walk there and hurt during class. There was something just to the inside of the right kneecap that was just sending me little jabs of pain if I bent the knee too far or stood on it funny. So I was careful and got through class and then walked home. And then sometime on the short walk home whatever wasn't lining up right in the knee decided it was done being a pain (literally) and now it's fine. This has happened before - something just settlles in the wrong place for a while but eventually it all works itself out.

Back to the 5lb weights in the Thursday class.

Good class at the gym. I will be sore tomorrow!

I went back up to the 3lb (and 5lb for a few things like rows, deadlifts and curls) weights and managed okay but was working hard to maintain form and not hunch my shoulders on a few things.

And my legs were shaking on a couple things. An interesting one was bridges with your legs farther away from your butt than normal and on your heels - so toes in the air; could feel this far more in the inner thighs than with regular bridges. That's a muscle that frequently cramps for me when I've done longer races so maybe this will help.

Could not fall asleep last night so finally got up around 12:30am and watched tv for a while. Finally fell asleep around 4am but had to be up early for a workman who was coming at 7:30. So this was a win to just get out the door. But it was 65F when I started - how could I not go out!
