Class at the gym. Worked hard.

Had another one of those stupid ocular migraines - I don't mind the black spot so much, but the wooziness and nausea are a bit disconcerting. They have only ever happened as I walk to the gym for class. I have a theory about what might trigger them in me - I have been eating a very specific breakfast on days when I go to class and not on other days so I'm going to change that and see if they still occur.
